About Ken's Painting and Cleaning Service

Hi, my name is Ken Hoang. I’m a contractor specializing in cleaning and painting houses. I take pride in doing a very neat brush and roller paint job.

After I have done a complete prep of cleaning, patching and sanding the surface, I then apply the primer and 1 or 2 coats of paint.

My crew and I will do a thorough job of cleaning the work area when complete. We will work to accommodate your business hours and your personal schedule and will not tie-up your place excessively.

I paint houses, apartments, multi-unit buildings or commercial space and limit all exterior painting to single or 2 floor buildings and Victorians as well.

I price by the room and my prices are very competitive with other painters. I will buy the paint and other fixtures or supplies and bring them to your place if you prefer.

I will furnish all other supplies. I do a very neat job of trim work on interior or exterior and insist that my assistants do the same.

I clean windows, floors, sinks, bath tubs, light fixtures, metal fixtures and replace electrical outlet covers.

I also do excellent cleaning and repairs inside as well as outside. I also am very good at hanging drywall, plumbing, light electrical and carpentry work.
