About KJ's Automotive

KJ's Automotive offers a variety of mechanical services for cars, trucks and SUVs at an affordable price. We even work on fleet. We do nearly anything from the common oil change on up to full engine rebuilds and transmission swaps.

We also work on suspension, brakes, fuel systems, exhaust and welding. New and previous customers get a 10% discount on preventative maintenance like timing belts, tensioners and water pumps. We also do occasional custom projects.

Our pricing is 20% to 40% less than traditional shop charges because of a low overhead system. Our techs come to your home (no need to tow) for your convenience.

• What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?
A.

• After services have been provided, 2 to 4 days later we like to call the customer and find out how they're vehicle is running for them first of all and then find out how their personal experience was with the tech as far as customer service and courtesy. We also will follow up after a month to find out if there is any other services they would require then or in the future.

• What questions should a customer ask before hiring a professional in your trade?

• How long is your warranty on the labor provided and how is a warranty call handled and or serviced? How long will it take to repair my vehicle? Where can you perform the job to be completed? Are your techs certified in the area of work that is to serviced on my vehicle? Are you experienced with my type of vehicle and are you as a company properly equipped to complete the job without any holdups? How many years of experience do you and your techs have individually and combined?
