Kleenin It Up (KIU) provides Professional Detailed cleaning for all types of cleaning needs, from Post-Construction, Office, Home, Renovations, Move in/outs, Evictions and even Maid Services. We operate around your schedule so you don't have to worry about our offices being closed when you'd like your cleaning to be done. You can even have your (reachable) Window Panels and window sills Washed clean for both Commercial and Residential. We'll also clean residential carpets if you provide the Shampooer and solutions.

Other than that - we'll provide all of the Supplies and equipment to perform our duties.

  • Can't be too specific due to the nature of discretion. But we cleaned a house that was in really bad condition, it took four hours alone to remove the stains from the bathtub as well as the toilet and sink. You can actually see these images on our website in our gallery.

  • I've worked cleaning properties, bio blook componant facilities and new construction for years and it's always been something that I find the most peace in doing. We make sure that our Cleaners are the same way.

  • Bathroom and Kitchen cleaning. Complete detail cleaning like move in's or move out's. Several Landlords and new residents move in and want their houses ready to be lived in.

  • How long will it take? My answer obviously depends on the job, however, take into consideration that we want to be as careful with your property as possible. We don't want our insurance rates going up and our Quality level going down by providing you a rush job. So allow the cleaners time needed to complete their duties to you.

  • What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?

  • We provide a 24-hour guarantee. If there are any problems at all related to the work performed, we will come back out - free of charge and correct anything left undone.(which is a very rare situation)
