You can protect your desktop or laptop for 6, 12 and 24 months, this includes maintenance and cleaning. You just have to pay the service plan and you will be protected for up to 24 months for work completed by Konnect-Tek.

  • A customer should always ask for a written estimate including parts and labor. If building new unit or replacing damaged parts ask what kind of parts will be used why the tech chose the brand or speed or specs etc. Also always ask for the parts replaced to be returned to you. And also know in writing what is the techs company warranty and the part manufactures warranty is.nnn
