Questions and answers

  • What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?
  • Lawn maintenance, landscape maintenance, warranties on plants if applicable and warranties on hardscapes.

  • What areas of your trade do you specialize in?
  • Hardscapes, mowing, landscapes, fall/spring cleanups, mulching, brush removal, trash hauling & handyman services are available.

  • What would you recommend customers looking to save money?
  • To all our current and potential customers, we always give it to them in a way of this is what you need and to do this, meaning we won't overcharge you just to make a quick buck.

Sometimes when we go on estimates, the homeowner usually has in mind what they want. We can usually propose ideas and needs that a customer may have not even have thought of or can't grasp hold of our idea. Such as drainage is a big issue in a lot of counties in central Indiana due to the clay soil.

One example of selling this is for anyone who has a basement with or without a sump pump. With a sump pump it will work less when all the gutter downspouts are ran away from the foundation. And without a sump pump it'll help to keep water seeping next to the foundation and avoid costly repairs to the foundation also may or may not eliminate the need for the installation of a sump pump.

  • How did you get started?
  • Daniel has been in the trade for over 12 years now and has worked very hard and above the call of duty for employers that eventually stopped appreciating his input and hard work to help grow their own business.

Also he has seen a lot of previous employers treat customers badly such as lying to them and overcharging for services and not fulfilling the customer's wants and needs, and cutting corners to save money on their end.

  • What do you wish customers knew about your profession or trade?
  • Don't always go with the cheapest bid or company that you contact. You pay for what you get and that being said, it makes a world of difference on the outcome of a project and the durance of the workmanship.

  • What questions should a customer ask before hiring a professional in your trade?
  • Price, background in industry such as experience and proof of photos of jobs previously completed. Any questions that make the customer feel confident about hiring a company to provide services to them.

  • What brands or products do you work with?
  • We work with Belgard, Hessit Works & Unilock for the Hardscape side of the business and a few stone wholesalers for the natural stone patios and walkways.

  • How many projects do you average in a year?
  • We provide weekly services of mowing and landscape maintenance. As of today we are averaging a few flagstone to paver patios each year. Also mulching homes and removing brush from rental properties and homeowners properties a few times a month on average.

  • What certifications or professional affiliations do you have?
  • Daniel is personally certified by ICPI for the installation of hardscapes and going to continue to update. He is always open to learning new & more efficient ways to improve the quality of workmanship that he provides for all current customers and any potential customers in the near future.

He is also certified by the Indiana State Chemists Office as an RT (registered tech) to apply fertilizer and treat lawns commercially and residential.
