Its just not a 4 hour event, it takes time to setup and what goes up must come down. This can take an hour to set up to two hours to teardown.
Depending on the event, but the date and location of the event would be the first thing to have ready as well as time frame.

4 hour, though this depends on type of event.
Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking?

Can the client submit a do-not-play list?
Yes, after all its your event.. You tell us what to play and what not to play.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes, we own and operate our equipment.
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?
Up-lighting, DMX Light show, Plasmas, Wii.
How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on?
We require at least 2 hrs to setup and tear down.
