Lion's Den Martial Arts Academy is the premier amateur prep school for Brazillian Jiu Jistu and Mixed Martial Arts sport competition.
Within the fabric of these classes is core strengthening and cardio burn outs, so yes these classes are for everyone.
We also offer fitness training, Judo, Kendo and boxing classes. After your two-week orientation, I (Tommy Montoya) will design a custom "Fighter's Fast Track" for you. The FFT will put you to a desired goal with a bang!
