Questions and answers

  • What brands or products do you work with?
  • I work with Herbalife as a supplementation. I have had tremendous results personally and with other clients with this product line.

  • What do you wish customers knew about your profession or trade?
  • Personal trainers can be a dime a dozen. We get a really bad rap sometimes, because not everyone is as committed to the profession as some. There are some extraordinary trainers out there, but there are also trainers that would not be a good choice for you. Do your homework and don't ever sign with someone if you feel uncomfortable or like their services are being pushed on you. You will not succeed if you don't want what they are offering. Don't be sold, be heard... That way you get what you want out of the relationship.

  • What areas of your trade do you specialize in?
  • I specialize in weight loss, corrective exercise, general fitness, bootcamps, kids fitness, Pilates, and nutrition.

  • What certifications or professional affiliations do you have?
  • I am certified through the National Sports and Conditioning Association. One of the top 3 accreditation in the nation. I am also affiliated with PEAK Pilates and Zumba.

  • What information do you recommend to have readily available before looking for a professional in your trade?
  • I recommend you develop a health budget. Along with all your other expenses that you budget for , a health and fitness budget should be included. How much money are you realistically able to set aside to reach your health and fitness goals. If you have this you can be straight up with your fitness professional on the amount you are able to devote to this part of your life. It stops you from over spending or being sold, and it helps a good fitness professional design a plan that fits within your means. This will help ensure success, because you are not going above your means.

  • What would you recommend customers looking to save money?
  • Health and fitness budget. Be sure as to how much you are capable to spending on this aspect of your life, and don't be pushed to spend more. Stick to your guns on your limit.

  • What questions should a customer ask before hiring a professional in your trade?
  • Are you certified?nHow long have you been training?nWhat are your principles when writing a program for a client? nAre your programs personalized?nDo you have references?nWhat is your fitness/exercise philosophy?

  • What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?
  • Always available for support. 24 hr access via email for questions or support. nI always leave my clients with an action plan to help them continue on their journey of healthier way of life.

  • Tell us something customers may not know about you.
  • I struggle with getting off the couch and working out as much as the next. Time is a hard thing to come by and I am also very busy. I have to continuously push myself to keep motivated and driven. I try to find a balance in my life so that I am able to enjoy life and live a healthier lifestyle. I am always learning and adjusting to accomplish this.
