• Customers always want to pay us for picking up the tile or any other materials they have purchased at the store. The answer to that question is that we do not charge our customers in helping them out in moving their purchase from a store to their property. We will always be happy to help our customers with the transportation free of charge.

• We provide a three-year warranty that starts the day the work has completed. We also offer a one-time free professional house cleaning to our customers so that their home is immediately sparkling clean the same day that our work is completed, as a thank-you to our clients for choosing M&R Tile Design for their home improvement projects.

• Customers may not know that if they are having a difficult time in choosing the right tile for their property and need some help in answering their questions while at the flooring store, M&R Tile Design offers this service also free of charge to our customers. If you wish to have a professional installer with you while purchasing a tile so you can ask them any questions you may have, then M&R Tile Design will go with you to the store to answer any questions you may have.
