  • How did you get started?

  • M. Dillon Construction, LLC is owned and operated by Mike Dillon. Mike has been in the construction business since 1984 and has built his business on hard work and referrals from satisfied customers.

    In 1990, Mike was working for Precision Walls and Ken Lyons Construction when he decided to open his own business. He started his first company Decks Plus, LLC. His business grew quickly, which he attributes to the fact that he treats every job as if it were his own home. That leads to quality workmanship, which leads to customer referrals.

    In the early days of the business, the main focus of the business was in building decks and trim. Then, in 1991, the company started moving towards commercial construction doing metal stud framing, drywall and acoustical ceilings. All of his success he attributes to his professional reputation. He believes that a handshake means something and a person is only as good as his word. His customers have become loyal to him because he does what he says he is going to do and he can be trusted to do a quality job.

    Over the years Mike has been a Licensed Specialty Contractor, Licensed Sub Contractor and a Licensed Home Builder. To be able to provide his customers the best possible service, Mike became a Licensed General Contractor in 2008 and opened M. Dillon Construction, LLC.
