We are residential HVAC contractors totally dedicated to bringing professional, prompt and courteous service to our customers throughout the Chicago land area.

  • How did you get started?

  • I started off by attending school. Shortly after graduating was hired by a small company in Chicago. I fell in love with the trade and started doing side jobs became really good at it and before i knew it I was taking on bigger jobs and started accumulating tools, clientel and started doing work for myself. After getting insured and a little advertising I started getting more work than expected and needed a helping hand to keep up with the work load. Keeping customers happy by providing excellent professional service and quality work goes a very long way.

  • Tell us about the project or job that you are most proud of (in the last 12 months).

  • We installed 2 sytems in a new construction home and was able to do so with quality craftmanship and efficency. The system works great and the customer really happy equals positive prouction.

  • What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?

  • We can register there new system so they can take advantage of the full warranty the manufacturer provides. We also provide a 12 month gurarantee on all work completed.

  • What areas of your trade do you specialize in?

  • We specialize in repairing, installing and maintaining all residential and light commercial HVAC sytems.

  • What brands or products do you work with?

  • We install Trane HVAC products and have a secondary line that we deal with as well. Trane is a high end system and has worked really well for us and our customers

  • What certifications or professional affiliations do you have?

  • We are fully insured and licensed and our Techs are EPA cert. and always undergoing constant training

  • What would you recommend customers looking to save money?

  • If the customer is looking to replace their current system we highly recommend going with a high efficeincy furnace that will help cut down on there energy bill. We also highly recommend taking steps to start insulating there home by replacing windows, doors insulating exterior walls both on the inside and on the exterior of the home. Also insulating there attic space if they have one. A new high efficiency furnace is only as good as the insulatition there home has.

  • How many projects do you average in a year?

  • We average about 150-250 projects a year and want to see that number continue to grow. We want to be able to get to 300.
