I offer a range of massage techniques which I have learned from school, personal experience, and intuition gained over 8 years that can help you relax and heal the connection between your body and your mind.
I have found that every individual is unique, and everyone tends to store tension and stress in their body somewhere. I adapt the techniques used to the individual, with special attention to difficult areas, but generally include the full body in the massage.
Massage Modalities and Rates:
Sports, Swedish, Deep tissue and Esalan techniques-$80 (1 hr), or $120 (1.5 hrs)
Out call to your hotel, home or office- $120 / $150
