About Matts Cycles and Off-Road
Iím Matthew Strawn. I work part-time out of my home and have for over 10 years. I work on many late model and vintage motorcycles as well as off-road ATVs and 4x4 trail rigs.
My rates are $45/hr., which almost exactly half of what any major shop would charge. I charge less because my overhead is less.
My quality of work far supersedes that of a normal shop. With me you will get the satisfaction of dealing with a good tech in an environment where you are not treated like another number or $ sign.
I communicate clearly with my customers and understand budget. I have worked for shops and know how they operate.
I also have learned that 9 times out of 10, the smaller the shop the better the work. Also, I do not over book myself so sometimes appointments are necessary, but I always say contact me and we will talk.

- What questions should a customer ask before hiring a professional in your trade?
Always ask how they got started and how long they have been in the business. This will give an open field for the tech to tell you about him/her and their business.
- What areas of your trade do you specialize in?
I specialize in electronics and/or electrical. I have been in this industry since 2002. If its electrical, I can fix it.
- What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?
I back my work up indefinitely. If something on your machine fails because of my work its on me. People come back to me because I can offer one on one time with my customers. I do not overbook myself, I am not money hungry. I love doing this and I love learning. More important than that, I love when my customers leave happy.
