About Michael Aguilar
I’m Michael Aguilar. I provide general nutrition and wellness education. I have a degree in Human Nutrition and Food Science from CSU and I am a certified personal trainer.
I work as a nutrition representative involved in medical nutrition therapy and also as a wellness specialist for a worksite wellness program.
I enjoy helping people learn about all areas of wellness. My goal is to educate and support people who want to reach different wellness goals by making effective, proven, evidence-based behavior changes.
