• We started the company over 20 years ago providing plumbing services to the San Jose area. We rapidly became aware of the need to become full service and brought on Kim Hancock who is a seasoned general contractor and electrician. Kim put together a team of professional and knowledgeable electricians who together bring the wisdom of all phases in building design and installation to serve our clients. The electrical service is an invaluable addition to the company and the clients we serve. Because Kim is a resident in Santa Cruz we expanded our electrical services and the area we serve to include the central coast.
