About MiMi and CiCis Balloon Animals and Face Painting
Mimi and CiCi are central Phoenix-based clowns that cater valley wide to parties and events. Inspired by the Coney Island sideshow scene, Mimi and CiCi started over a year ago and are now well known, competing with other face painters and balloon sculptors in the valley.
Mimi and CiCi are not just artists, but clowns as well – not the type that’s going to send your kid running. Rest assured MiMi and CiCi will look darling for every event and party.

- What would you recommend customers looking to save money?
MiMi and CiCi work as a team for the most part, if you hire only one clown for your event or party there will be a discount but please remember that only MiMi does facepainting and only CiCi makes balloon animals.
- What types of jobs are the most common?
Birthday parties for the kids! That takes up a good chunk of our clientele. And the next would be establishment anniversary events.

Every job MiMi and CiCi work is worth boasting about. Everyone is always amazed at the art work and clown style. Seeing people smile and ask for business cards afterwards is always very satisfying.

- How did you get started?
MiMi and CiCi got started over a year ago, doing free face-painting and balloon animals at charity events. Our skills grew and grew until we had people asking if we could work birthday parties and community events!
- What brands or products do you work with?
Mimi uses Wolfe brand face paints, they wash off easily with soap and water. Safe for everyone. CiCi uses a wide variety of balloons and a hand pump to blow them up quickly. Different shapes and colors.
