- What questions should a customer ask before hiring a professional in your trade?
Do you have references? ALWAYS check references. Call more than one! We have several for you to contact and you can read reviews from 2 of our clients on Angie's List. We hope to add more soon! What motivates them to clean?
Get to know them a little before choosing them, interview several companies! Get bids from several people. In other words shop around for the best deal.
We offer more services in a general cleaning then most companies do in a deep clean. We even steam clean carpets if needed!
- What would you recommend customers looking to save money?
The more services for your buck the better.
Don't go for the hourly guys, it leaves too much room for them to milk you of your hard earned money. Instead get a few bids from local companies that charge by the job.
We offer a HUGE range of services and tailor make you a list. Just for you!! We specialize in meeting your specific needs.
Laundry needing washed, dried, put away? Make sure the company you hire provides the services you especially are concerned with.
Don't be afraid to ask questions, it is your money and your home and you are letting us into your home
- What certifications or professional affiliations do you have?
Melissa is a 38 year old mom of 2 married for 14 years with 5 dogs and 2 fish, she knows how to clean efficiently!
We love animals!! We have rescues ourselves!
Caleb is a 19 year old with big plans for his future he plans to attend college after saving money up to help him through.
We look forward to building this into a business to leave to my children and grand-children.

- What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?
We offer weekly, daily, bi-weekly, one time and monthly cleaning schedules. We also offer a monthly charge for us to come into your home once a week,or once every other week. We offer services to maintain your home after a make-ready cleaning.
We offer 100% Satisfaction!!
When we quote you price in your home we stick to it, estimates over the phone are just a guess, usually if there are no surprises the estimate given over the phone is what the charge will be with us, but we can't be 100% until we have seen your home.
- How did you get started?
When my father-in-law had a stroke, I cleaned his home for him, when he was complimenting me. He told me I should do it for a Living. It occurred that I may have found my niche. And here we are today. He recently passed so I work hard, I'd want him to be proud of me for being successful, and I think he'd be pretty happy about how well we are doing!!
I'm happy to say we have a great client base built up, and we earned it all on our own.
Noone helped us other than our current clients recommending us to people!
- How many projects do you average in a year?
560 projects per year or more. We do 6 days a week and up to 3-4 homes depending on the size some days! It all depends on the time of year, what holidays are coming up etc. Some weeks are a heck of a-lot busier than others!
We aren't scared of hard work though we offer 100% Satisfaction to EVERY SINGLE client!
We even have a cancellation policy for you! So you can rest assured we WILL be there!! Barring Natural Disaster of course! =)
We do a ton of make-readies that often turn into repeat clients.
- Tell us about the project or job that you are most proud of (in the last 12 months).
Cleaning for someone who was so distraught over the state of her home that she was moved to tears, seeing the smile and knowing she was happy was very rewarding, it let us know we made a difference.
We recently met her Mom who told us how much her daughter liked us and how happy she was that we made sure her little girl was taken care of. Now THAT is a compliment!
I have to say this is one of the most rewarding accounts we have to me personally.
The smile we get each time she sees her home and the compliments she pays are just wonderful!
- What do you wish customers knew about your profession or trade?
How rewarding it can be to make a difference in someone's life. For some people, it is not just a clean home, it is a life changing experience.
How much we enjoy about what we do, this job takes a-lot of attention to details and people if you want to succeed.
You have to be sensitive to a clients needs, if you are cleaning and they ask for something not on your list more than once then that is something you should consider adding to your general cleanings. Or perhaps make it part of a deep-clean depending what it is.
- What brands or products do you work with?
All Name-Brand products and you can supply special requests as well.We use anti-bacterial cleaners to sanitize your baths and kitchens!
We bring all of our own supplies.
We have tools for every service we offer so you never have to worry about restocking your supplies! We have it ALL, Cleaning Products, Mop, Broom, Vacuum, Steam Cleaner, and so much more!
We use gentle cleansers so we don't damage your furniture or appliances, and no scratching the sinks etc. up. We can clean granite, marble, tile, just about anything!
- What types of jobs are the most common?
Residential cleanings for people who just need a hand! We do lots of make readies, even travel trailers especially @ hunting season, and deep cleans especially around the Holiday Season. General Cleanings on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly are common as well, it all depends on the clients needs, if we feel you are not getting your monies worth we may suggest we come every 2 weeks rather than every week.
We pay attention to the problem areas in your home and listen to your needs when you speak to us.
We are professionals and act as so.
Our goal is to make you as happy as possible and saving money PLUS not having to worry about a clean home .. well that would make anyone happy!
- What areas of your trade do you specialize in?
Residential house cleaning, move-ins, make-readies. We clean just about anything. We've even cleaned travel trailers. There is no job too big or too small. I pay special attention to details, from sinks to toilets to corners to the front of the cabinet doors. I detail your toilet and faucets, buff the stainless steel. Window Sills, Base Boards, Windows, Ceiling Fans, Ledges, Carpets, Tile, Tubs and Showers Sanitized and Scrubbed clean, Mirrors polished. We even do outside windows(not over one story tall.)
- What are the most frequent questions you get from customers? What are the answers?
How can you go into someone's home and not feel uncomfortable touching their things? Does it make you uncomfortable?
Easy, the moment you hire us we are on an employee - employer basis. We are not there to judge, we are there to meet your specific needs and to make you happy in your home. It is our duty to list to your needs and tailor a specific plan to meet them. Nothing uncomfortable about making someone happy.
Do you ever see some nasty stuff?
Oh my, you have no idea, people can be SO gross when they abandon a rental property! Especially some of the younger people, a little elbow grease can clean about anything!
- What information do you recommend to have readily available before looking for a professional in your trade?
Details for special requests, the size of your home.
What type of cleaning you are looking for, make sure to mention any details you would like attended to.
What date(s) are you interested in.
What time of the day would you like it done?
Ask if they have any specials going on, you may get a better deal sometimes. Some places don't mention their specials unless they feel they may not get your business any other way.
We don't cash checks until after the job is done. So you can rest assured your prepaid cleaning will be conducted in a professional, satisfying manner.
