About Mrs. Cleanz It

My name is Tanya and I am an independent contractor of Mrs. Cleanz It that cleans commercial and residential properties for those who reside in the Missouri and Kansas areas. I take pride in what I do. Honesty and trust is the key to success.

I have a friendly and trusting crew that has been with me for a very long time. Starting this business, trust was certainly hard to come by. It's something that has to be earned and is not given away freely. I take the time out to get to know you as a person and not just another "client", so together we can come up with a solution to better serve your cleaning needs.

I do offer a wide range of programs for you to choose from. Every individual clean is unique according to each customer; whether one room to a full house, move in / move out, model units, apartments, clubhouses, mobile homes, manufactured homes, and / or your business.

I offer weekly, bi-weekly, 3-week, monthly, one time as well as emergency cleaning. My team is also available 7-days a week. As any cleaning business, I cannot give estimates or rates over the phone. If you’re interested I will come to your house or business and we together can do a detailed walk through, to discuss what needs to be done.

  • What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?
  • After we have finished the job, I would like to take another walk through with you just to make sure we have done everything to your liking.

  • What would you recommend customers looking to save money?
  • I would recommend my customers as well as clients to use my referral program, it is a great program that gives you a chance to recieve a clean 100% free of charge. I also have new programs that I have started that no other cleaning company has, which is senior citizen discounts, disabled discounts and many more

  • What questions should a customer ask before hiring a professional in your trade?
  • I believe the main questions that should be asked are:

    • Do you give your employees backround checks?
    • If we are not satisfied with what can or you will do, does your company offer any programs I would be interested in?
    • Are you insured and bonded?

  • What do you wish customers knew about your profession or trade?
  • I wish everyone knew how great it is to have cleaners in to take care of your needs. When your day is busy with work, kids, laundry, animals, a husband and a family. I know the last thing anyone wants to do is clean.. This is where I come in. My crew and self helps take that stress off of you more!!

  • What areas of your trade do you specialize in?
  • We specialize in one room to a whole house cleaning as well as commercial buildings, warehouses and businesses whether large or small. We also clean model units, mobile homes, manufactured homes, move in/move outs, make ready, apartment complexes, town homes, offices, you name it we can clean it. I also now have an extended service that covers more of your needs!

    My team specializes in making your home or business a bit more relaxing to come to.

  • What information do you recommend to have readily available before looking for a professional in your trade?
  • I would highly recommend a list of things you want and need done. for example; extra attention to the finger prints on the glass or rooms that you don't want cleaned or just want mopped or swept. Having a list helps make the walk through much faster. Also some clients like us to use their products. If this is so the day of your scheduled clean those products would need to be left out for us.

  • What are the most frequent questions you get from customers? What are the answers?
  • The main question is "can I afford this"? YES you can if you call the right company. I think it is impossible to give an estimate over the phone this is why i'd like to do a detailed free of charge walk-through with you at your home or business to see first hand. I cannot price something i cannot see. the next one is "can I be home"? YES. I want you to be comfortable, you will meet everyone I bring into your home or business. I like to build trust with my clients and their families. This isn't something that's given away freely. I like to earn it.

  • How did you get started?
  • well growing up i really didn't think i would own and operate my own cleaning business. I've worked for many of them to discover I can do this. So I prayed about it for a very long time, finally I took a step out in faith and now my business is growing quite faster then I COULD EVER IMAGINE.

  • Tell us something customers may not know about you.
  • I work 7 days a week. I am on the clock literally ALL week long. I'm good at what I do and take my job very serious. Disappointments isn't something that sits well with me. I'm a perfectionist :) You hired me to to a job right the first time although i'm far from perfect, when we are finished I would like to do a last walk through so you can see in detail what we've done and if your satisfied with our service.

  • What brands or products do you work with?
  • I work with different products for different jobs. The usual windex, lysol, bleach, pine sol, mr clean ect. Theres nothing more then coming home to a clean smelling home or walking into your business thats been freshly cleaned

    Tanya is so polite! She and her crew works very hard and are excellent at what they do. If you need someone to clean whatever it is, I recommend Ms. Cleanz It! at first, I wasn’t so sure about someone cleaning my house but she made me so comfortable and now I feel very pleased with the work they’ve done. I’m going to continue to use them and will refer my friends and family to Ms. Cleanz It.
