My name is Natalie Rookstool. My current rates are 2 women/2 hours/$75 with additional $30 an hour charge.

Sorry I do not do carpet cleaning or yard work. I service Phoenix, Arizona and surrounding areas within a 30-mile radius.

I specialize in home cleanings from general to a thorough cleaning which involves the basics of wiping off face plates, baseboards if dirty, blinds, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bathrooms, taking out trash, making beds, I can also wash dishes, wash laundry and fold. There is no job that I cannot do except yard work currently and carpet cleaning.

What questions should a customer ask before hiring a professional in your trade?

A customer should always be specific about what he/she is looking for and ask the cleaning service if there is something needed if they can do it, just do not assume it is going to be done because there are sometimes additional charges for extras. With my fixed rate of 2 hours/2 women/$75 you will get what you ask for without being charged more but you do need to as I said always be specific of what you need.

If the customers have an issue after the cleaning has been completed I want them to let me know immediately so the problem can be addressed promptly. I always ask my customers after the cleaning how satisfied they are with the work and from there I proceed to ask if they would like to schedule another appointment. I do daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, one time cleanings, and move in and out cleanings
