• we specialize in metal and shingle roofing as well a HVAC installations and change outs....we also offer fencing from chain link to wood privacy...and we will even pressure wash your house, driveways, patios, and decks

• What do you wish customers knew about your profession or trade?
A.

• most customers don't realize that when dealing with a big money company with salesmen that odds are this company they are dealing with is more than likely just a sales company...once the contract is signed they will sub the job out to another company for less money and I've even seen these jobs get subbed two more times by the subcontractors and end up finding someone off of craigslist to do the work...that won't happen at Neff Residential...we do our own work

• in our roofing side we use Owens Corning shingles...a very good durable brand..very high quality..we will however use any brand that the customer requests..our felt that we use is is upon customers choice between fifteen pound or thirty pound or grace triflex...we get our metal from metal roofing wholesalers and use palisade underlayment...we will also use 1x4 slats at customer request
