Questions and answers

  • Tell us about the project or job that you are most proud of (in the last 12 months).
  • I have not one particular to speak of. It makes me proud to hear a company on the other end of the phone that would like to recycle their computers. I have had many pick ups from companies but would like to see more efforts made.

  • What do you wish customers knew about your profession or trade?
  • A little more on how recycling products saves the planet. When things just get thrown away, they are taking up useful space in the landfills and we are running out of space to disguard items everyday.

  • What questions should a customer ask before hiring a professional in your trade?
  • Do they charge a pick up fee?

    What other services are available?

What happens to the material after it is dismantled?

What are the data destruction policies?

  • What brands or products do you work with?
  • All types. If it has a plug or a battery, I would like to recycle it. The more we keep from landfills the better.

  • Tell us something customers may not know about you.
  • One of the biggest things that people don't know is that I am very "GREEN" to the fact that I would stop using a garbage can. All material that you bring into your life is recyclable in some sort of way.

  • How many projects do you average in a year?
  • As many as the phone can ring. Our projects will only take a hour to maybe the day, the clean up process is quick, but them you have all the dismantle work and further processing agents that take time. We like many projects at once and work to make more year after year.

  • What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?
  • Continued support for all electronic recycling needs. If there are questions, or new pick ups, we will be right there to assist in all needs related. We will assist new and current clients in getting the most out of their Electronic waste.

  • What information do you recommend to have readily available before looking for a professional in your trade?
  • All I would would look for is if the company is a real company. A lot of people that do this never register with the state or any other place as an E-Waste company.

  • What are the most frequent questions you get from customers? What are the answers?
  • What do we do with products that we pick up? We dismantle them down to raw material and get those items to the proper areas to be remanufactured into new products that use recycled material.

  • What certifications or professional affiliations do you have?
  • As of now, our company is a small start up business. Once a facility is opened up for us, we will be getting R2 and E-stewards.

  • What types of jobs are the most common?
  • Small residential pick ups are the most common because residents don't always have the time to take their waste to a drop off center.

  • What would you recommend customers looking to save money?
  • I would recommend to them to look into ways of recycling. There are a lot of ways to save money with recycling, one just has to rethink what they are throwing away.

  • What areas of your trade do you specialize in?
  • We specialize in E-Waste recycling. We will safely and responsiblily recycle all your electronic waste so you don't have to worry about it.

We operate on a zero waste policy and work to uphold a very secure transaction for all pick ups.

  • How did you get started?
  • Recycling has always been a strong point in my life, I have been doing it as a hobby for a long time, recycling little items from my past jobs that would have been just thrown out.

Once I saw that the landfill ban laws changed, I figured it was time to start working to help eliminate the hardships of disposing the electronics.
