For ALL of our projects, only the finest product lines are used, lifetime warranty interior and exterior paint and lifetime warranty caulk. We feel that if we skimp on the product to shave a little off our expenses, the overall quality of your final project suffers dramatically. Although many of our competitors will increase their profits with these tactics, we feel that our reputation is at stake. Our goal is NOT to get you as a client…our goal is to get you as a REPEAT client!!!
Our work is guaranteed for 4 years - IN WRITING

Questions and answers
- What do you wish customers knew about your profession or trade?
How difficult it really is to do a professional painting job. Not everybody is a painter and can paint. To have a job look like a professional did it, you need to hire a professional to do it.
- What certifications or professional affiliations do you have?
A+ Rating with the BBB which is a great accomplishment and with a goal to maintain that highest top rating available. nnCertified
- What are the most frequent questions you get from customers? What are the answers?
How long have you been in the painting industry. 35+ years professionally.
- What questions should a customer ask before hiring a professional in your trade?
Ask for references. A person or company that is really good at what they do will offer references, sometimes without even having to be asked. References are almost like a way of bragging about how good you really are in your trade industry. Make sure contact information is traded just in case a question might arise for the customer and the contractor. Don't be afraid to ask for advice or an opinion on a decision you're having trouble with since it's free and could be very useful. n
- What information do you recommend to have readily available before looking for a professional in your trade?
An idea of what it is that you want done and you can always add to it. Its cheaper to add to an existing job while we are on the job than to come back at a later date to do it.
- What would you recommend customers looking to save money?
Use a top rated contractor that uses top-of-the-line-products. The little bit extra those products cost can save alot in labor. If you know what you're doing, those products go on easier, cover better, and last much longer, so it can mean big savings up front and in the long run.
- What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?
Our work is guaranteed for 4 years in writing. Any problems, just call and we'll do what we can to solve them.
- How did you get started?
I started painting dorm rooms in 1976 while at college and I was making $50 a day. Back then that was good money so I decided to learn the trade and make some money while I could, I could always go back to school, the rest is history.
- Tell us about the project or job that you are most proud of (in the last 12 months).
2 come to mind, painting the exterior of an office building on Bellaire Blvd and the West Chinese Church on Hammerly Blvd. The painting of the office building wasn't real difficult, the challenge I had was to match all the trim to the blue roof and painting the stucco 2 coats. At the West Chinese Church we caulked all 3 story's of the church and sealed the insides of all the gutters, even around the base of the cross which is approx. 46 feet high.
- How many projects do you average in a year?
Back when we were running 4 crews it was alot more, but probably now, around 60-70 jobs a year. It all depends on the size of the projects.
- What areas of your trade do you specialize in?
We specialize in all phases of residential painting. We do things a little different than most, we do it the right way, the only way, the first time, the only time.
- What brands or products do you work with?
Sherwin-Williams is our primary supplier, but Ben-Moore and Pratt & Lambert are products we are familiar with.
- What types of jobs are the most common?
Homeowners painting a house they are getting ready to sell, homeowners painting a house they just purchased and want it freshened up and personalized before they move in, and kitchens, the place that most families spend alot of their time and returns their investment when they do decide to sell.
