At Patton Construction, what we specialize in is insurance restoration. My company is local to Louisville, KY and does roofing, siding and gutters so we don't have to depend on other companies to make sure the customer is taken care of.
I will personally go to the customers’ property, free of charge, do a full inspection for any hail or wind related damage.
We take pictures and document all damages found. Then I have the customer contact their insurance claims department to have an adjuster come out and inspect the damage.
I will meet with the adjuster make sure he sees all the damages I have seen. As soon as the insurance paper work and first check arrive we will begin repairing the customer’s roof and property.
I specialize in making sure the Insurance companies take care of their customers, which can be tough because they only want to pay the minimum.
