About Paul Santos Renovations

We are a remodeling company located in south eastern Massachusetts. We cover all of Massachusetts and the Islands with our repair and maintenance services. We are skilled in all aspects of construction, including complete remodels and new construction.

We are licensed, insured, and registered with the state of Massachusetts as home improvement contractors. We are constantly evolving and taking every opportunity to gain education on new products, building codes and business practices to offer you unequaled value.

  • they should ask for credentials (lic. registrations,insurance etc.)nthey should ask for referals from past customers of different size projects...nthey should also ask if the owner of the company actually participates in the daily activity on the jobsite !!

  • What areas of your trade do you specialize in?

  • Building/remodeling, kitchens, baths, flooring, hardwood, tile, windows, doors, decks, siding, repairs, remodeling...nfrom small repairs to project management of complete remodeling projects.

  • How did you get started?

  • My career in building and remodeling started in 1991 as a carpenters helper and progressed to supervisor and project management positions finaly owning and opperating my own company.

  • What would you recommend customers looking to save money?

  • one of the best ways to save money and time on a project is to have done your homework in advance. choosing such items as tile, wall color, trim details, apliances, fixtures etc...of course you can always make changes along the way but having all of these things ready and available for your contractor will help the project flow smoothly...I recomend you make these decisions prior to getting bids, that way all contractors are pricing the same materials and can give you accurate estimates.

  • We are licensed, insured and registered to do business in the state of Ma. as home improvement contractors. we are also Lead Safe rigistered contractors in the state of Mass.

  • We work with major suppliers with outstanding warantees and longstanding reputations for quality. The list of products is endless.

  • We recently completed an extensive remodel including three full bathrooms, three bedrooms and comon areas to a beautiful coastal home in Falmouth, Ma.
