About Precision Fitness Massage
My name is Amanda Goulart and I am currently working as a certified massage therapist at Precision Fitness in Hayden.
I graduated from The American Institute of Clinical Massage where I Completed 1,025 hours of course study, and continuing education courses.
While I was a student, I have worked for the Highlands Day Spa and Renew for over a year. I chose Precision Fitness to become a personal trainer and run a successful small business.
My goals are to have a holistic and healthy approach on improving the human body. In the future, I would like to have a great nutrition plan, work out plan, and a way to relieve stress and tension through massage.
I am very passionate about what I do and believe to have found my niche. I am so thankful for all my clients and the support they have brought me to better my career, and will be looking forward to meeting more clients to help improve their lives!
