  • Our most common jobs that we do for the HVAC division of our company are new unit installs and troubleshooting and repairs of existing units.

    As for the Electrical division, our most common types of jobs consist of installing celing fans, repairing and installing new light switches and outlets. We also do remodeling and new construction.

  • What questions should a customer ask before hiring a professional in your trade?

  • Ask about license, bond and insurance.

  • What are the most frequent questions you get from customers? What are the answers?

  • The most frequent question we get is "why is there such a difference in the price that the different companies charge?" We always answer with---pricing differences between companies are not based on experience or knowledge that the customer can expect. It is based on the profit margins that the company has.

    Every company has a different profit margin that they must meet and some companies even vary that profit margin throughout the month.

  • What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?

  • We provide our customers a worry free warranty. If anything goes wrong with the job completed by us they can be sure that we will fix it. If we do a new air conditioning install we provide a valuable service warranty for 2 free inspections and tune-ups for the future and 12 months free ventilation filters for their home.

  • We are proud of all of our projects!!! Anytime a customer is happy with our work, we are proud of the job we have done and always take pride in our workmanship.

  • What brands or products do you work with?

  • We work with all brands, using the brands that our customers are the most comfortable with. We have our favorites and do give recommendations but always use what the customer is wanting us to use.

  • What would you recommend customers looking to save money?

  • Customers that are looking to save money but yet want the quality work should look to smaller companies that have the correct licensing for the project. Smaller companies can typically provide services at lower prices because of less overhead that the company must pay. As a smaller company we try to keep all of our overhead costs as low as possible so we can provide the lowest prices to our customers.

  • What certifications or professional affiliations do you have?

  • We are licensed bonded and insured in the state of Arizona. Our ROC numbers are 276376, 244863 and 244864. We are also EPA certified.

  • What information do you recommend to have readily available before looking for a professional in your trade?

  • We would recommend you to have available the square footage of your home, the current units brand and model number if possible. What the problem is with the existing unit and the age of the current unit.

  • How many projects do you average in a year?

  • We average 8-10 projects per month.

  • What do you wish customers knew about your profession or trade?

  • How did you get started?

  • I worked in the electrical field and in the air conditioning repair field for over 20 years, always working for someone else. As my children grew they began to show interest in the trades so my wife and I decided to start our own businesses. We love having our own business and hope to see all 4 of our children take part in making it successful.

  • Tell us something customers may not know about you.

  • We always recommend doing repairs on your air conditioning unit. This will save you money. If we do recommend that the unit be replaced you can rest assured that it does. We never sell just to be selling and making more money. We always do what is best for the customer financially.
