  • What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?
  • We warranty our workmanship for one year from the date of the service call. Parts are warrantied for 90 days from the date of service call, unless otherwise stated by manufacturer warranty. There is a manufacturer warranty including parts and labor with the purchase of whole goods.Consumers can contact us with any issues and we will work hard to resolve them.

  • Professional Pool of New Hampshire has been in business since 2011. Owner Leo Trainor has been a service tech in the pool industry since 1996. He took his years of experience and knowledge of the pool and spa industry and created a professional pool service company. Leo is the only APSP Certified Service Professional in the State of New Hampshire. He is also NH gas licensed to service pool heaters, and is EPA certified to work with refrigerant.

  • The State of NH does NOT license Pool Contractors and there is nothing stopping anyone with a truck from calling themselves a Professional pool company. We urge all consumers to do their research and validate credentials before allowing anyone to perform services at their home. This is for their own safety and the safety of their family.

    Under NH State Law, all persons installing, servicing, or repairing gas pool heaters are required to be licensed by the NH State Fire Marshall’s Office. Working on a gas heater without proper licensure is punishable by felony charges. This is for your safety and protection. You might be surprised to know that there are only a few companies in the state that hold a valid license to work on gas pool heaters. However, we work closely with many other pool companies in the area, so that they too can provide their customers with safe and licensed heater service. You may see us in the field performing services on their behalf.

    Effective January 1, 2007, all persons engaged in the installation, servicing and/or repair of gas fired appliances shall be licensed by the NH State Fire Marshal’s Office (RSA 153:27). The law, known as Amilia’s Law, was enacted by the NH General Court during the 2005 session and was the result of a tragic incident which took the life of Amilia Luhrmann. Governor Lynch signed the bill into law on June 28, 2006. Rules were approved by the Joint Committee on Legislative Rules in July of 2007 and were officially adopted by the Commissioner of Safety on July 19, 2007.

  • The lowest price does not always mean the highest quality service, which can end up costing more in the long run. We urge consumers to make sure they are hiring a qualified professional for the job. Don't be afraid to ask about current promotions. With rising fuel and energy costs, switching to energy efficient Pentair Intelliflo pumps, and heaters can significantly reduce annual costs. Switch to an energy efficient Pentair UltraTemp heat pump, which pays you to heat your pool in comparison to standard gas heaters. No fossil fuels are burned in generating heat for your pool.

  • We sell only the highest quality pool and spa equipment manufactured by Pentair Pool and Starite. We are the local warranty center for Pentair, Starite, Zodiac, and Raypak Equipment. All of our safety covers are made in the USA by Merlin Industries.

We are licensed by the State of New Hampshire as a Gas Service Technician and Certified by the EPA for working with refrigerant.
