About Pure Life Alaska

Pure Life Alaska has two different program offerings.

The first program is a 6-month intensive program catered specifically to your needs/goals. Generally speaking, this program begins by addressing immediate weight loss and/or health concerns, and naturally evolves to address some of the deeper core issues so we can target "why/how did this happen".

When areas of ourselves or our lives are out of balance, this absolutely reflects or manifests in not such pleasant ways, i.e. weight gain, disease, etc.

The goal of working with my clients on a long-term 6-month program is for you to really learn what "being healthy" means, and create lifestyle changes that will bring your life back to a balanced space.

The second program I offer at Pure Life is a Cellulite Reduction Program. This program includes FDA-approved, non-surgical procedures to help reduce cellulite.

Most importantly though, I've designed this program with the idea in mind, that women can manage cellulite on their own without spending so much money on costly procedures, creams, lotions, potions, etc.

At each one of our appointments, in addition to the treatment, I provide my clients with tools to better understand the mystery of cellulite, and how they can reduce and/or prevent it from coming back on their own.

  • My clients will still receive free newsletters from me. They are still involved on my Facebook page, which offers them daily tips, recipes, inspiration, etc. I love it when my clients still keep in touch with me even after the program has finished.
