• How did you get started?

• We started a restoration and mitigation business from scratch out of our garage in the beginning. Now, we operate with a staff of 14, multiple service vehicles, hundreds of pieces of restoration equipment, and a 10,000 s.f. warehouse. We are fortunate to have such a great team to help us build our business into what it is today.

• We are an IICRC Certified Firm. Through the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification), we have staff members who have obtained Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Water Restoration Technician (WRT), Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), Odor Control Technician (OCT), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), and Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT). We have a Certified Mold Remediator certification through the American Council of Accredited Certification (ACAC). We are an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm. We are a BBB Accredited Business with an A rating, zero complaints ever.

• We helped a local charity organization with an awful fire damage situation they experienced. Their building was badly smoke damaged, and they could not afford their insurance deductible. We went up to bat for them with their insurance company, got the deductible covered, completed the cleaning and deodorization of the building, and received rave reviews from their staff for doing the job so well. What a privilege it was to give back to those who give so much to our community.

• We do well over 250 projects at the present time. Each year, that number seems to grow by 50-75 projects, which has led to tremendous growth for our family-owned company. We have been able to employ local residents of our wonderful community to help us handle the increase of business.
