Our clients are always asked to call or email us if they have any questions about the work we have performed. We gladly answer any questions no matter how simple they may be.
We explain exactly what kind of work we have done. We also show the client how to setup a machine if it has been taken to our location.
We teach the client how to use any software that has been installed (Anti-virus, firewalls, etc). We also explain to the client how to prevent making the mistake that borught them to us in the first place.
We show them how to do updates for their operating system, anti-virus, adobe, java & other software.
In short we do our best to help them make the best use out of their computers.
