My name is Razak Al-Hassan and I have been a mixed martial arts fighter for 6 years. My fights have been featured on national television and pay per view broadcasts. I am a two time UFC veteran.
In addition to being a black belt in Taekwondo, I'm proficient, thanks to my years of elite training, in Muay Thai kickboxing, boxing, wrestling, and grappling/brazilian jiu jitsu.
As a personal fitness coach, my style uniquely bends all the training methodologies that I used myself in preparation for my fights with powerlifting, calisthenics, yoga, and other conventional and unconventional training methods.
