  • How did you get started?

  • The preceding company to this one got started in 2004 installing structural garage shelving during the day and manufacturing the parts and assemblies at night. Over the years, demand increased (even in a poor economy) and we started a manufacturing company so that all of our parts could be made under our supervision and we could ensure that we could continue to boast that our products that are 100% American made.

  • The most common jobs that this company do is professional installation of structural garage shelving (Rhino Shelf) and garage organization.

  • What certifications or professional affiliations do you have?

  • We are certified installers by the Rhino Shelf Company and we are affiliated with many Home Builders Associations across the southeast.

  • How many projects do you average in a year?

  • It really depends on how big the projects are, but our numbers have grown every year except in 2010 when we began working on our manufacturing facilities.

  • What do you wish customers knew about your profession or trade?

  • I wish that more people knew we were out there because a great deal of people need our services. Creating storage space and getting organized is a complex process and good professionals like the ones on our team know exactly how to tackle projects and overcome obstacles.

  • Tell us something customers may not know about you.

  • Our products and services are not limited only to garages; we have done projects for home interiors, outbuildings, storage rooms/buildings/attics, and we provide commercial solutions. We also proudly support our troops and always offer discounts to active duty and retired military personnel.

  • Tell us about the project or job that you are most proud of (in the last 12 months).

  • In July 2012, we installed a Rhino Shelf that was 80 feet long! It was an incredible job and afterwards we did a photo session with 36 people sitting up on the shelf to show just how strong this structural shelving system is.

  • What questions should a customer ask before hiring a professional in your trade?

  • Customers should ask if the professional is insured and/or licensed. They should also ask if there is a product or service warranty/guarantee. They should seek to find out what the professional is capable of and get an idea of the professional's previous work.

  • What would you recommend customers looking to save money?

  • If a customer is looking to save money on our products, we offer Do-It-Yourself kits for the Rhino Shelf that makes for a great money-saving project for the whole family.

  • What brands or products do you work with?

  • We work with only American made products. Our signature product line is from the Rhino Shelf brand that has a wide array of configurations or shelving and workbench systems.

  • What areas of your trade do you specialize in?

  • We specialize in home and garage organization and storage products, services and solutions. We have certified professionals who install our products with craftsmanship and precision. We also have trained professionals who can create designs and solutions for every room in the house.

  • What are the most frequent questions you get from customers? What are the answers?

  • The most frequent questions that we get from customers are ones concerning the weight capacity of our shelves. These are difficult questions to answer many times because there are many factors that play a part in determining that answer such as wall configuration, ceiling height, and wall stud distances. Basically, our shelves can hold anywhere between 400-1000+ lbs per 4 foot section.

  • What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?

  • All finished work are supervised by a manager or supervisor and all work comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We have never had a service call, but would respond immediately should a problem occur.

  • What information do you recommend to have readily available before looking for a professional in your trade?

  • It is always helpful when a customer has an idea of how much space they need created, what items they would like to store, and how much they are looking to spend. We can usually provide our services while staying within the customer's initial budget.
