I originally had Rusco windows in stalled by Cherokee windows Corp out of Hampton, VA in 2003. Unfortunately they did a terrible job if installation and the windows leaked into my window stools and resulted in rotting. Unfortunately the company went bankrupt (go figure) and I had Rusco windows installed by another company in 2013, so far so good. I do have one large window installed in 2003 that has a bad seal. How do I go about getting this window repaired/replaced since it is still under warranty. The most recent windows installed in 2013 are great, beautifully framed and American Exteriors did a professional job.
