Here are a few reasons why you should choose us:

1. Remote programming. If you have modem access, or we will talk you thru changes, if you have local system access.

2. Parts Acquisition. If there are parts available, prepaid and shipped to you.

3. On-Site Support. On-site labor rate is $75.00 per hour. We will come to your site in northern or central Indiana and southwestern Michigan. Travel rates are fixed at $75.00 per hour with no additional “trip charges.” Travel rate is negotiable for longer trips. Trips requiring overnight stays would include a per night charge of $150.00.

4. This is a service company. We are not set up to do any kind of cable work. We can install or move systems.

5. Business is covered by Liability Policy.
