• How did you get started?
A.

• I started out running my own business in retail and a pizza franchise. I learned all about the backside of the business through training with the franchisers. I found that the accounting and the bookkeeping part of it was my favorite. After selling my businesses, I continued to do accounting and bookkeeping for numerous businesses in many different industries.

• What questions should a customer ask before hiring a professional in your trade?

• Explain what you need to be done and what their background is on that particular service. Inquire about their fee - do they charge a monthly or hourly fee? Do they have references? What are their confidentiality agreements?

A.

• Can you do take this project off my hands? This also takes the worry off of the owner, knowing that its being taken care of properly.
