About Seamingly Straight Inc.

We are a Licensed Las Vegas Nevada Contractor Company. Seamingly Straight was founded in 1979. Our Las Vegas designing renovations have been photographed and published in several of the Las Vegas area magazines. Las Vegas Home and Garden, Victorian Living and Las Vegas Living are the most current publications. We specialize in providing a total package solution for the interior and exterior surfaces of your home. Painting in the Las Vegas area requires attention to detail and extensive knowledge on products. We are cetified applicators for Foxfire,Sherwin Williams and Clean Path Solutions products. • What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?

• We provide extended service plans. We apply anti microbial products to our customer's air filters as needed. We have graffiti removal services customized for HOA's. We maintain each customer's color formulas on file just in case touch up is needed. On special occasion I will volunteer to sample a NEW cookie recipe or provide my opinion on the taste of cakes and pies...

• What questions should a customer ask before hiring a professional in your trade?

• Here in Las Vegas the first question should be regarding our Nevada State Contracting License. Working without one is a Felony. The following information is a summary of things that you, as a homeowner, should do to avoid costly mistakes and "misunderstandings" when dealing with labor.

  If you are considering any of the following.... home construction, painting, wallpapering, repair, remodel, addition, demolition, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, landscaping or the installation of a new pool, you will need a Licensed Nevada Contractor to do the work. If any person is hired to complete any of the above work without a Contractors License he or she may be committing a Felony and by hiring them you may have committed a misdemeanor. In the State of Nevada, that worker should have a proper contractor’s license for his specific trade.

  Licensed contractors have met experience and examination requirements and are required to maintain bonds and workers compensation insurance and have established their financial responsibility; therefore, it is wise to insist that your contractor be licensed. Your home is one of your biggest investments – be aware of your rights and responsibilities when hiring any person to work on it. An informed and prepared consumer is key to a successful project.

This includes a subcontractor or specialty contractor but not a material supplier.
