About Shadetree Handyman Services

I have worked construction in almost all aspects for 15 years. I have passed my Alaska State Residential Contractors endorsement test and I am ready to start up a company of my own and I have decided to start with the little handyman jobs and work my way up to the bigger jobs.

I do:

  • Drywall
  • Concrete
  • Insulation
  • Building repairs

I can put an addition on your house or fix almost anything around it. I have my own tools and I enjoy the work. I do my best to come up with fair and ethical bids and if I say I will do something for a price I will finish the job.

  • What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?

  • Hopefully I don't ever have to return to fix something I messed up.It's been a long time since I have had to do that.I guess I would just like to offer my customers piece of mind in a job well done.

  • What questions should a customer ask before hiring a professional in your trade?

  • I would just ask them about the building process.If someone knows what they are doing you can usually tell because they will usually be happy to explain alittle about what it is they are doing.

  • What areas of your trade do you specialize in?

  • I don't really specialize in any particular trade.I am fairly good at framing,concrete and roofing,but I am available to do everything except plumbing HVAC and electrical.
