  • What would you recommend customers looking to save money?

  • Make a list of needs and a list of wants in relation to the project they want done.

    Next, mark these items based on priority (i.e., urgent, can wait,etc.)

    Then allocate funds available to these items in order to get the best idea of how the money can (or should) be spent. Also, I suggest creating a Low & High budget range to avoid "sticker shock" when having work done.

    Don't get stuck on a "cheap" price, look for Affordability.

    While they seem simple, these are important steps that many people miss out on when trying to save money.

  • What do you wish customers knew about your profession or trade?

  • There are plenty of things that I wish customers knew. But some of the basic ones are:

    There's a difference between cutting costs & cutting corners.

    Time is Money. (ex a contractor's "free" estimate to you still costs him at some point)

    You get what you pay for.

    Age does not equal experience.

    Don't expect licensed/bonded/insured work for non-licensed/bonded/insured prices.

  • What areas of your trade do you specialize in?

  • The bulk of of clientele is made up of Realtors, Real Estate Investors and Home Buyers who need some form of Code Violation Correction, Cosmetic Improvements and Repair, Remodeling, Rehab, Painting and the Cleaning of vacant properties.

  • What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?

  • We follow up with our customers via phone and provide them with a custom feedback survey where they are encouraged to openly evaluate our overall performance on the job. This not only builds trust and appreciation but enables us to monitor the quality of our work.
