    Do you have any complaints? After all, the project we have done, we are proud to say that we haven't received any complaints, as of now.

  • We average about 15-20 jobs per year.

  • Our motto is to provide "luxury living and quality building re-defined." We want to give your building a whole new meaning, and if given the opportunity to be your builder or remodeling contractor, we will do just that.

  • How did you get started?

  • The owner, Berto Solano, started working in residential track homes with local framing companies. After a couple of years of tracks, he worked for a custom builder in Rancho Santa Fe Area and decided to get his own license and start his own company.

  • We specialize in framing additions, new home construction, home remodels, kitchen and bathroom remodels, full home remodels, decks, patio, covers, porches, fences, siding contractor/installation, window and doors installations.

  • We would recommend that you let us do the work in looking for materials to do the job. That way, we can pass on to clients the discounts that we receive from the suppliers, as contractors.

  • We walk the project to make sure everything is done. We also clean up the entire project area.

  • Know what project you are wanting to start. It is good to know how much is the budget that you have, to start and complete the project.
