Questions and answers

  • What areas of your trade do you specialize in?
  • Security guards and personal protection.

  • What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?
  • When we finish a job, we contact the customer with a follow-up and then send someone out to the client to check on the job site to see if anything else has been missed by us or the client. In honesty, a job is never done in my book. There is always something to be done on every job.

  • What questions should a customer ask before hiring a professional in your trade?
  • Security companies must have city license, state license, insurance, gun permits, city permits. Those are the main questions, but one I would honestly ask is if they have a training center. Ask them if and how many times they take their employees off the job sites and keep the training techniques up-to-date. My company employees have 60 hours classroom training, then 4 days a month, have to take a class in gun safety. If they fail their test, we pink slip them after 2 chances.
