- What areas of your trade do you specialize in?
Personal Transportation for clients that travel in and out of the Chicago metro area for business or for pleasure. We offer flat rates to and from O'hare Airport, Midway Airport, and Downtown Chicago from wherever your are. We also offer charter rates at a minimum of 2 hours!
- What questions should a customer ask before hiring a professional in your trade?
They should ask if they are commercially insured. They should ask if the cars have been properly inspected. They should ask if all the drivers have been thoroughly screened. They should ask if there are any additional charges not included in the flat rate offered such as number of passengers, number of bags, airport surcharge, gas surcharge, toll surcharge, and late night/early morning service.
- What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?
We know that traveling can be stressful at times. Therefore, at the conclusion of each trip our drivers always double check to make sure that nothing is left behind in the car like a bag, cell phone, personal belongings, etc. When found we will contact our client to let them know that we have it for them.
