Cece is an affordable hairstylist that specializes in healthy hair care and weaves extensions. I have been in the hair and beauty industry since 2001. I am located in North Houston. What is unique about us is not only do we care for your hair but we care for you as an individual. • I am the oldest sibling so to help my mom I would do our hair. I loved the way my sisters and cousins eyes lit up when they saw the results. I had the opportunity to take cosmetology in high school and I took advantage of that. 10 years in this field and I still love it.
