About Superior Business Solutions, LLC

Superior Business Solutions, LLC specializes in bookkeeping and administrative services. Our mission is to establish a professional bookkeeping and administrative service for small and medium sized businesses that will fill a wide range of business needs.

There is no need to pay the hefty price tag to have an accountant or CPA take care of your daily business transactions. SBS operates on a contractual basis, which means there are no overhead costs or additional payroll expenses that your business would incur.

Services can be performed completely virtually or documents can be picked up and dropped off if you are in the OKC metro area.

  • What brands or products do you work with?

  • I mainly use QuickBooks for the bookkeeping side, but for the billing side, I have used many different products, each one made for a specific area of service.

  • A an example of a few questions that a customer should ask before hiring a professional in my trade would be about what they charge, and what services are included in that charge.

  • What would you recommend customers looking to save money?

  • Customers can save money by not having their accountant / CPA handle their day to day transactions. Let a bookkeeper handle this. Also, if you hire a bookkeeper that works on a contractual basis, like Superior Business Solutions (SBS), you don't have to pay the overhead fees or the payroll expenses that come with hiring an employee.   • How did you get started?

  • I started in accounting services over 12 years ago working for a law firm as an accounting assistant. I loved it, and have worked in different businesses since, but I have always stuck with accounting.

  • What do you wish customers knew about your profession or trade?

  • I think that many businesses don't look at bookkeeping as being that big of a deal until tax season rolls around. I had many jobs working as an employee for businesses where they had the accounting department answering phones. Keeping your books up-to-date and correct can tell you the life of your business and helps you to make decisions for your company. Bookkeeping plays a very big part in your business.

  • What areas of your trade do you specialize in?

  • I specialize in bookkeeping and administrative services. My clients have ranged from home builders to CPA firms.

  • What types of jobs are the most common?

  • The most common jobs that I do would be record input, accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial reports.

  • What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?

  • After the work has been finished, I will work with the customer on any questions that they might have, and I will also work with their accountant on any questions that might pop up while they are preparing their taxes.
