About Sweep Away

We are Sweep Away! We are a family owned cleaning service that treats your home like our own. Also, we beat any prices.We do homes, offices and small business. IF you have an app. and do not wish to keep it you must contact us wtihin 72 hours. If no contact has been made there is a small cancelation fee!

We do not charge hourly. We charge on the size of the job. No job is too small or too big.

General Cleaning Check List

Kitchen: All outer surfaces are washed and wiped down, the sink is scoured. Inside cabinets, drawers, frig, oven or dishwasher are not cleaned unless requested and charges added.

Floors: All floor areas are cleaned. On linoleum or tile, the maid will use a mild detergent. Hardwood floors are lightly damp mopped with a solution of vinegar and water. Carpets and area rugs are vacuumed.

Bathrooms: The entire bathroom is cleaned. The only areas in the bathroom not cleaned are inside cabinets, drawers and the ceiling.

Dusting: The maid will start high for cobwebs, move down through ceiling fans, light fixtures, blinds, window ledges and sills, baseboards, pictures, lamp shades and furniture.

Optional Areas: Change linens. Load the dishwasher. Cleaning inside windows. Wet wash woodwork.( must request at time of apt.)

Items Not Done On General Cleaning: Hand wash dishes. Inside closets. Wash laundry. Ironing. Inside fireplaces. Wash walls or ceilings. Wax (or remove) floors.Inside fridge and stove. Windows

• This was a family owned busness started by my grandmother to help my mother money wise. In 1990 my mother found out she was pregnet with a little boy with downsyndrome!Now that heis all well and grown up. We now help with downs children by letting them help us in there own home!

• It may be silly but we get DO YOU CLEAN WINDOW SILLS? the awnser is YES, another one is do we work past 6:00PM. Yes we do what ever needs our customer wants is what they get!!
