  • How many projects do you average in a year?

  • Large scale projects about 6 or so. Medium 20 or 30 and small ones are everyday. A large project I would say is at least 1 month long. Medium is from 1 week to 4 weeks and small are from 1 day to a week long.

  • How did you get started?

  • Started in this business at 18 years old. Most of my family or friends were in telecommunications so naturally I asked for a job with my cousins company. After 15 years of helping businesses grow and home owners enjoy their home I still enjoy it everyday. I really love to come in and start a project from nothing and walk away at the end and see what we have just accomplished.

  • What areas of your trade do you specialize in?

  • Cat3, Cat5, Cat5e, Cat6, Fiber Optics, Speaker, and Coax. We can build out your IDF or MDF from the floor up and help assist in planning where you may want your locations to be. We maintain various types of installations, whether it be inside, outside, warehouse, office, or even home.   • What questions should a customer ask before hiring a professional in your trade?

  • They would obviously want to know how much knowledge or experience they have with the type of system they need serviced or installed. How well does the professional deal with your questions or concerns. You don't want to hire one because they are the cheapest just to have to bring someone else in to fix their mistakes, nor do you want the most expensive guy because you think he must know more. You have to find a happy medium. Do they seem to honestly care if they get your business? Why would you want someone who just doesn't care?

  • What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?

  • Once the work is performed we provide a full one year labor warranty on any installation. If something goes wrong because we didn't do it right in the first place then the time and money is on us. Honesty is the best policy and that is how we have grown and built our reputation with our existing customers. We take care of them when they need us.
