Questions and answers
- What certifications or professional affiliations do you have?
As far as certifications go i don't have many. I come from the school of hard knocks and street smarts. I have attended and continue to attend all major seminars and conferences that deal with things pertaining to the services we offer. Technology is changing every day and there is a great need to stay current with whats happening in the media industry. i am affiliated with many community and professional organizations and am on the board of a few as well.
- What would you recommend customers looking to save money?
i recommend that customers know what they want before coming to the table, do a little research on the services they are seeking. Many customers don't understand that creating websites or apps or social media strategies is just presto magic and its not. If you come to the table with a number in mind and a list of goals you want to accomplish with that money. if you do that you will save money and have great success.
- What questions should a customer ask before hiring a professional in your trade?
A customer in my mind should always ask to see some of your work, the proof is in the pudding as they always say. Testimonials are always a good thing as well. Others whom you have built a solid relationship with and have helped gain success over a period of time is always good too. There are so many people out there just trying to sell a client and the number one reason is money. If its just about the dollar then your not getting what you need.
- What information do you recommend to have readily available before looking for a professional in your trade?
I think you should come prepared with a budget in mind as well as any and all information regarding the project you are trying to accomplish. This will make the process easier and more productive from the onset.
- What do you wish customers knew about your profession or trade?
That not everyone is out to get you and your money. There are so many horror stories out there involving a friend of a friend who had some free time and was good at computers. That usually never ends well.
- Tell us about the project or job that you are most proud of (in the last 12 months).
Fortunately for me there have been so many. I have produced commercials, websites and ad campaigns that have been successful for many of my clients over the years. i feel that we should be proud of every piece of work that we do.
- What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?
After the work is finished we are here to assist our customers in any way that we can. Its not just thanks and i will catch you another time. I believe as i have said that its a relationship and hopefully a long term one, this way we both benefit. We do offer reporting if requested on many of our products as well as technical support as needed.
- What are the most frequent questions you get from customers? What are the answers?
How long is this thing gonna take? That depends on so many things and how prepared the customer is when seeking services.nnHow much is this gonna cost? This also depends on how prepared the customer is when seeking services.n
- What areas of your trade do you specialize in?
We specialize in creating business for our clients first and foremost. Through the many services we offer including web, video, mobile marketing, brand messaging and social strategies we create what we feel best meets our clients needs and within their budget. Our thing is relationships, without a good relationship nothing good will happen.
- How many projects do you average in a year?
Each year is different it seems and sometimes its not the quantity but the quality of the projects we are doing. On average though i probably do 100 to 150 projects per year.
- What types of jobs are the most common?
Common? Probably that small business owner who knows he or she needs to get into the game regarding newer technology and marketing ideas but doesn't have a clue as to how to do it.
- How did you get started?
I got started just over 12 years ago and it just came from a desire to do something different with my life. I come from a big family and we have been in the restaurant business for over 40 years. That life style was not conducive to raising a family and having the time and energy to live my life and being able to enjoy all that it has to offer.I was always interested in marketing and advertising so i just made a choice to catch my dream and here i am 12 years later.
- Tell us something customers may not know about you.
That in my free time i try to impact others in a positive way through doing life with those who are less fortunate or going through a hard time in their lives. My motto has always been serve others first and you will prosper and so far i have no reason to believe otherwise.
- What brands or products do you work with?
I work with many brands and industry's. Anything from automotive to financial services, education to energy, retail to hospitality, healthcare to senior living. Every client is different and that's the exciting part of my business. I love learning what people do and what drives them each and every day.
