As a follow up I randomly call or contact a customer to survey their satisfaction with our company's work performance. Happy Customer = continued service and referral business.

I think everyone should ask about experience. I first started doing lawn care working for the state of North Carolina at Falls Lake Parks and Recreation in 1990. I have done lawn care in some form or another ever since.
- What areas of your trade do you specialize in?
We service the lawn care and house cleaning industries. We do everything from Poison Ivy/oak removal to removing fallen trees, and small to medium trees. Everything in between.
In our household segment we have a 49 point checklist that we work from to ensure customer satisfaction.
