About The Dust Bunny

I am Dawn Borden, an experienced housekeeper who is willing to do the chores you need done for less.

I have been cleaning homes in Memphis and surrounding areas since 2003.

I work with my own supplies. I will use yours if you desire.

I also specialize in organization.

Do you need a closet gone through? How about your pantry organized? Or what about cleaning out your fridge? Need a last minute appointment? I will gladly assist in bettering your living quarters.

I am a hardworking, honest mother who knows how tough it is to tend to what is necessary when busy.

That is why I am affordable and reliable. I can easily provide references.

• Tell us about the project or job that you are most proud of (in the last 12 months).
A.

• All of the jobs that I have done in the last 12 months I am very proud of them all. I make sure all of the homes that I have done is done perfect and up to the clients likings.

• How many projects do you average in a year?
A.

• I am not sure how many homes I do in a year because it honestly goes up and down every week. Some customers want the home cleaned once and some want the home cleaned more often.

• What brands or products do you work with?
A.

• The products I use to clean is Simple Green which is an all purpose cleaner and a disinfectant. I also use awesome for floors to make them shine. I use Windex to clean windows and mirrors and for wood in the home I use Liquid Gold.

• What are the most frequent questions you get from customers? What are the answers?
A.

• How much is the services. The answer is, depends on how many bedrooms and how many bathrooms. Is the products that is used safe to be used around children and pets. Yes the products is safe around children and pets, the cleaning product is a natural product.

• I provide a phone call to follow up with the customer to make sure the home is to their likings. I do a walk through the home to make sure everything was done the way it was to be done.

• Customers may not know about me is that I am a single mother of a little girl that goes to school and that I clean the homes on my own and with someone if the home is big enough.

• I wish customers knew that maids or cleaners can come in and make the home look wonderful and smell wonderful.

• I would recommend customers that is looking to save money to call around and get several estimates and see who all can fit their needs and their price range.

• The normal cleaning, deep cleaning. The home being cleaned for a party or special occasion. cleaning after party.

• The size of the home, how many bedrooms the home has, how many bathrooms are in the home and where the home is located.

A.

• The areas that I specialize in cleaning homes and making the home clean and smell wonderful. I make sure the home is perfect for the clients. I want my clients to know that they can home to a clean home and not have to worry about doing anything but relaxing.

• I got started cleaning homes when I became a single mother of a little girl. I did not have a job nor a way to support her so I had to do something to make ends meet.

  I contacted The Dust Bunny and set up an appointment for them to come into my home and they came in and cleaned my home and it was wonderful. They are very trust worthy, they are very friendly. She made sure everything was done to perfection. She was very professional and used chemicals that were safe for my children and pets. They also smelled very good. I was very impressed when the work was done.
  
  I asked if she was able to go and do something before she left she had a smile on her face and had no problem with doing it for me. She came to my home and always had a smile on her face. She was very friendly and was so wonderful to have her around. I did not have to worry about her being in my home and she was very flexible where she was able to work around my schedule. She was very easy to contact and very pleasurable to speak with her on the phone and through email.

I would recommend her to anyone that wants someone to come in to their home and clean the home and not have to worry about everything being done perfect. She was very reasonable on her price and was very impressive on the price for what she did.
  
  I thought she did it more cheap then I would think someone else would have charged. I called other companies and I have had others companies come into my home and they charged me a lot and the service was not very good and the cleaners that came to do the home was not very friendly. I would highly recommend any one to hire her for any chores that is needing to be done.
