The IA Cakestress has been in business since 2008, serving Des Moines IA and surrounding communities. We specialize in cupcakes, wedding, anniversary and birthday cakes.

We have cakes and cupcakes for every occasion in all flavors, shapes, sizes and designs.

All cakes are baked fresh (not frozen), and all icings are made from fresh ingredients (no vats of pre-mixed frosting in the back room). Decorations are unique to your event and request.
