• What areas of your trade do you specialize in?

• We specialize in the proper restoration of decks, fences, playsets and all exterior wood. Many people stain and seal their wood with either the wrong product or the wrong way. We are trained in the proper way to restore exterior wood and use professional grade products. We also are one of the ONLY companies in Colorado that will not only repair composite decking but will re-color faded composite decking.

• What do you wish customers knew about your profession or trade?

• There is education in doing this the correct way. Yes anyone can go to a big box retailer and purchase less than stellar stain and end up paying more over the long run in rotting wood, reapplying the stain and poor maintenance. When hiring a professional who specializes in exterior wood care you are hiring the experience to keep your wood not only looking good but lasting longer.

• What brands or products do you work with?
A.

• We work with professional grade top quality products. Our stain and chemicals are shipped in from out of state and can not be purchased from a retail store. We work with an oil based stain called Ready Seal. For our composite services we use a specialized composite stain that we also have shipped in. With years of experience we determined which products provide the best results and we use those products.

• How did you get started?

• Ryan worked and trained with a deck and fence restoration contractor for years learning the correct way to properly restore exterior wood surfaces. The owner moved his business to another Colorado town and with Lindsay's experience in office and small business management they decided to start their own business providing great services!

• How many projects do you average in a year?
A.

• Our busy season is between March and October. As long as the temp is above 45 degrees we can stain! During our busy season we average 4-5 jobs per week!!!

• What types of jobs are the most common?

• wood deck restorations, and fence building and repairs. Although with the popularity of composite materials we are getting more jobs working with refinishing and protecting composite materials.

• What would you recommend customers looking to save money?
A.

• We work with our customers to find out what they want and then work with them to provide options to get the most done to meet their budget. We are only one of a couple companies that refinish decks the proper way with professional chemicals and we beat their bids 99% of the time.

• We are a small family run business. You will speak directly to the owners every time you call or email. Ryan will be on every job site, we do not send a separate crew to complete the work.

• What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?
A.

• Yearly follow-up to check the wear of the stain and recommend any additional applications at a discounted rate or repairs that need to be made to keep up the quality and longevity of the deck, fence, play set, or other wood structure. We want to help our customers save money, and that means short term and in the long run.
